Financial Policy
Payment is due at the time of treatment. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. We also accept Care Credit, which enables you to pay your bill over twelve months, interest-free. Applying for Care Credit can be done online, and, in most cases, you are approved within minutes. Discounts are also offered for payment in full for treatments over $300.
Dental Insurance
We are providers for many popular dental plans. As a courtesy to our patients with insurance, we file on preventative, basic, and major services and collect the percentage not covered on the date of service from the patient. Acceptance of insurance assignment by this office does not absolve the patient of responsibility for payment in full for treatment rendered. The estimate provided by this office is to be considered a guideline until the final insurance payment is received and the patient's account has been reconciled. The office can make no guarantee of the insurance payment as estimated. Any fees not paid by insurance within 45 days are the responsibility of the patient.
